The Gardens Ice House is back in business for adult hockey, starting with a 10-game ‘mini’ league because far fewer teams have signed up to play, and fewer players. The Squirrels had only five interested in coming back, so they joined up with Meltdown, one of the longest-running teams in the building.
Ben Sumner, Tony Richelsen, Vivek Pinto, Mario Constantinou and Scott Kronzek joined up with Jon Der’s squad, in a four-team division.
