The Squirrels dominated More Boos on Sunday, putting up 37 shots to 7, though the final score was a respectable 3-0.
Squirrels 4, 2intheBox 2
Though the Squirrels dominated possession and scoring changes on Friday, their 2-1 lead was anything but safe going into the third period, but penalties and effort gave them the 4-2 victory against 2intheBox.
Outlaws 5, Squirrels 3
The Outlaws, a team of players between the ages of 18 and 25, faced off against a much older, slower Screaming Squirrels team on Saturday. While the Outlaws’ speed and shot total were apparent, the Squirrels’ experience kept them in the game, but not enough in a 5-3 Squirrels’ loss.
