The Squirrels and Bullets traded a couple of first and second period goals Tuesday, before the Squirrels finally got the better of them in a shootout with a 3-2 win.
Bob Valdes scored in the first period for the Squirrels, on a pass from Mario Constantinou. Tony Richelsen took the puck end-to-end to score the second of the game for the Squirrels early in the second period.
Both Vivek Pinto and Constantinou scored in the shootout.
