In the first game of a double-header, the Squirrels easily defeated the 5 Holes, 5-1, putting up 36 shots on net in the process. Mark Tessar and Stu Miller each scored, and Vivek Pinto added another.

The Squirrels won their ninth in a row Wednesday, narrowly avoiding giving up the game-tying goal in the final seconds as they escaped with a 6-5 win over the Whale. Up 4-1 in the first, the Squirrels then surrendered four of the next five goals before Mark Tessar scored the winner with less than two minutes remaining. Tessar scored twice, as did Casey Carpenter. Jeff Ford and Rob Myers also scored.

The Squirrels found yet another odd way to win, giving up four leads throughout the game but scoring with only three seconds remaining for a 5-4 win against a very determined High Rollers team. With 8 seconds remaining in a tie game, Vivek Pinto chipped in a shot to seal the victory. It was his second goal of the game. Mark Tessar also scored twice, with Casey Carpenter also scoring.

Jeff Ford had a hat-trick, Casey Carpenter scored twice and Vivek Pinto also scored. Mark Tessar had three assists.
