The Squirrels fell again to the Cruisers, this time 5-4 on Sunday, despite holding a 4-3 lead with less than 2:30 remaining. Brent Machado scored twice for the Squirrels, who scored twice on the power play.

Blades of Steel again got the best of the Screaming Squirrels on Sunday, but this time by a much close margin as the first place team squeaked by with a 2-1 win behind the goaltending of Adam Hart.

The Squirrels let in two goals int he first two periods, but kept up the pressure through the very end. The only goal came from Jordan Shirey, his first as a Squirrels.
