After a season off due to Covid 19, and with folks moving, quitting, or simply taking a break, the Screaming Squirrels roller team was falling apart for the 2021 season. With the help of longtime roller rival Patrick Reilly of That’s What She Said, and longtime ice rival Jon Der of Meltdown, the Squirrels roller team lives on. Anthony Gragnano, who was on the team last season, is now team captain, and Chris Bedrossian also rejoined the team. Best of luck to the new Screaming Squirrels roller team!
The Squirrels played a solid game Tuesday, out-possessing the Jesters and certainly out-shooting them (despite the absolutely wrong scorecard), but struggled to get the puck in the net in a 5-2 playoff loss to the Jesters, ending their season.
